Travel to the Valley
When you plan your trip to the Shenandoah Valley, remember your travel can be just as memorable as your stay. Arrive By Plane
Direct flights are available to the Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport in Augusta County in the central part of the valley. Dulles International Airport is a short drive to the northern end, while the Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport is close to the southern end of the Shenandoah Valley.
Arrive By Train
Amtrak train service is available from Washington, D.C.’s Union Station to Staunton, VA. Explore the historic town on foot when you arrive and/or rent a car and visit numerous farms, wineries, and breweries as well in the surrounding Augusta County.
