Ratliff Tree Farm is a choose-and-cut family business that has been growing Christmas trees since 1975. They grow the Canaan Fir, which is one of the best trees on the market today. They have strong limbs for holding ornaments, a beautiful green color, a vibrant smell, and a needle retention that is far superior to most Christmas tree varieties. All trees are only $32.00, regardless of the size. Ratliff Tree Farm also has a Pick-Your-Own Blueberry Farm. They have over 950 plants that have the biggest and the best-tasting blueberries in the Shenandoah Valley. Blueberries are only $3.50 a pound. We start picking around July 1 and usually pick for five or six weeks, depending on the weather. Hours of operation are: Monday thru Thursday 8:00 am-12:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 8:00 am-6:00 pm. We start picking at 8:00 am and pick till the berries are all so come early.
