An hour of yoga and a glass of delicious wine. Yoga will be taught by Rachel Hupp, RYT. Please bring your own mat and props.
$15 with the wine, $10 for just the yoga.
If you can’t make it this week, don’t worry; this class takes place every Wednesday and Saturday.
