Gravista is a gravel event all about the views, the gravel, and having a good time! The race weekend and festivities are May 12-14th, 2023. Race day is Saturday, May 13th. Come to one of the most scenic areas on the East Coast for an epic ride with technical gravel descents and never ending climbs. The route will take you through the George Washington National Forest with a short stint on the Blue Ridge Parkway. The Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia are beautiful and painful all at once. The Climbs are unrelenting but the views are worth every pedal stroke. Depending on the distance you choose, you’ll climb approximately 120 feet of elevation for every one mile.
