Frank Beamer, first Virginia Tech alumnus to coach Hokies’ football since the 1940s, and winningest coach in the school’s history, joins us for an evening of leadership and football. Under Coach Beamer, Virginia Tech played for the National Championship for the first time in school history, won Sugar Bowl and Orange Bowl titles, played in five ACC Championship games, and earned the highest national rankings in school football history.
Sipe Center welcomes Coach Beamer to talk to us about how football can develop leaders in the troubled 21st century.
Tickets are $30. Tickets will be available for purchase online, over the phone or in person at the box office. The box office is open for in person sales Thursday through Sunday, from 3 -8 pm. or by calling 540-908-4208.
There are 10 tickets available for a private meet and greet with Frank Beamer after the public talk. The meet and greet will last approximately half an hour. Tickets are $50 (including light concessions and drinks) and are not included in the “Pick Any Package.” Tickets for the private meet and greet will be available for purchase January 1st.
