Join us for a fun social hour, learn tips for creating deliciously beautiful charcuterie boards at home to wow your guests, or relax and indulge in yourself! Learn hands-on tricks to making meat rose buds and flowers, cut decorative wedged cheese, fruits, and vegges, and then decorate and fill your own 12in bamboo charcuterie board with all your tasty treats of meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, nuts, jam, carbs, and add a V.O.O.&B. olive oil & balsamic set for dipping! You will take home a print out of tips and info to guide you on your own charcuterie adventures, a charcuterie shopping list, and small bamboo tongs along with your 12in charcuterie board!

Following the class, you may also enjoy an after hours tasting of the nearly 50 oils and balsamics we carry. New purchases may be made the same night of the demo along with pre order pick ups. Please save refill requests for our regular walk in hours. Refill bottles require extra time and can be difficult to keep up with the number of guests in attendance for class nights.
