Event Details
This Couch to 5K is designed for those who want to get moving and would like to complete a 5K (3.1 miles). If you or someone you know would benefit from participating in a program with guided workouts, coach and peer support, along with a fun, positive and non-intimidating atmosphere, than this is the program for you!
Includes:
Workout plan for 8 weeks, 3 days per week
Community of support with a Facebook group where workouts, meetups, and encouragement will be provided.
1 to 2 group workouts per week.
Entry into the Fall Foliage 5K (October 14th) with completion of your active involvement in the program.
A great sense of accomplishment for all of your hard work!
