The Coronation, presented by Morgan Orthodontics , is one of the oldest and most notable traditions of the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival®. Many Winchester residents recall the magnificent pageants produced for so many years by the late Dr. Garland R. Quarles. Pageants were held on the steps of John Handley High School where children from all of the schools in Winchester performed for the Queen and her Court.
