After this class with trained pastry chef Dorothy Benner, you will know the first steps in how to make a beautifully decorated cake. This is a beginner class with hands-on instruction aimed to teach you how to hold a piping bag properly, how to use a variety of tips to produce beautiful decorations including roses, and how to select the right equipment that will assure the perfect outcome. With her straightforward, knowledgeable approach, Dorothy will start you successfully on the first step in your cake decorating journey.

The icing, all equipment and instructional materials will be provided for you.
All students receive a 10% discount on store purchases made on the day of the class and following day.
All classes include menu, recipe booklet, samples of the food prepared, and complimentary non-alcoholic beverage.
